The breakfasts were good, though we don’t usually eat breakfast in the USA, or at least most of us don’t anymore. That still wasn’t enough to make us want to return. We were on top of a hill with nowhere to walk, and the roads felt absolutely dangerous, so we were stuck in the rooms. The rooms were cramped, with nowhere to hang clothes, and there was just one small bin for two people. No washcloths or shampoo were provided. The listing said, “Toilet paper included.” That alone should make any American think twice. We’d prepaid through booking.com and had clearly explained what we wanted, but still got charged extra. We weren’t prepared, I guess. Stupid Americans? Maybe. Honestly, the extra charge was really upsetting. No go.
