Le Mas de Tresse

We spent two weeks properly switching off in a gorgeous setting. There was plenty to fill the days if we wanted: village visits, walks, markets, canoeing, or just time by the pool. Nicolas and Sylvie were wonderful hosts and great guides, introducing us to the Lot Valley's beautiful scenery and food. A real break from everyday life 🌿

We had booked both the lodge and the mazet, and each was private, clean, complete, and really well looked after. The setting is beautiful, with lots to see and do nearby. There were walking and driving routes and excursion ideas right in the accommodations. We had to leave earlier than planned because of circumstances, and the owners gave us a lot of support. They were so hospitable, involved, and helpful. We truly hope to return.

The cottage had everything we needed, plus a little terrace, and our stay was perfect. We also got such a warm welcome from the owners, who shared helpful information about the region. Mas de la Tresse is a beautiful property, with a splendid garden.

We'd just wrapped up two weeks in the lodge, a safari tent set higher up on the estate, where the view is best. It was comfortable, lovely, clean, and very well furnished. The estate gave us exactly the privacy and peace we enjoy, in the picturesque village of Saint-Médard. Nicolas and Sylvia were friendly and pleasant, and we even got a welcome gift as a surprise.
