The staff are very helpful, and the toilets and showers are clean. The pool looks good, with things to keep children entertained. The pitches aren't level, as people often point out, but it's nothing most campers haven't come across. A couple of ramps or blocks, the sort many people bring along, should do the job. There's an outdoor stage too, though I imagine it's used more in the main season.

The surrounding nature is lovely and easy to get to. The campsite itself is very noisy, with parties often going on late. The pitches are tiny, and the houses are back to back, so you can hear everything your neighbours do.

We stayed in a Raul VIP bungalow for four, and they gave us a larger one when we arrived :) The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a range of interesting activities, or you can just relax at the bungalow or swim in the pool. It's a very pleasant campsite by the ocean in a peaceful area. The restaurant is the weak point.

We had a good-sized mobile home, with a double bedroom where the bed took up all the space, and a second room with two single beds. The kitchen was functional and had what we needed, and the shower had hot water. Since it's a campsite, bring cleaning supplies, sponges, tea towels, towels, soap and bedding. We rented a barbecue for 5 euros a day, and paid extra for the TV, which worked fine. Outside, there was room to park and still let the kids play. We used both heated pools, including the covered one, and sunbeds were available. The location by the sea is great, with bikes for rent to explore the coastline. Reception is open 9am TIL 12, then 4pm TIL 7pm. We enjoyed our stay, though I wish the mobile home had been cleaner when we arrived.

The pitches mostly slope, though we found one with a reasonable amount of space. Each morning there was bread and pastries, and the site has a small provisions shop, bar, cafe, swimming pool, and beach nearby. It was the cheapest campsite on our trip, but not our favourite. Like many in France, it seems to have added chalets and mobile homes until camping became a bit of a side line. Entertainment in the bar was noisy, and after it stopped, other people had music on. We tried the bar/cafe one day and were firmly told it was closed. That sent us walking along the coast to look for a bar, where we discovered Monsieur Hulot!
