The reception staff were helpful and courteous, and the location is fine. But this part of the hotel looks just like the photos: the rooms feel very old, like something from the Soviet Union in the deep 1980s. Maybe another wing has been renovated, but this one is terrible. There was no hot water in the shower today 😅. Four stars for what?

The kitchenette had all the basics, even a salad spinner, which is an absolute must if you have rabbits coming over!? The room was clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, though, and I sleep very well without it. Also, the toilet sits right behind the bathroom door, so someone opening it while you're using it could hit you.

I spent a month at the Zenitude Hotel, and the bright, very clean apartments had plenty of space and all the equipment I needed for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and professional. Thumbs up, keep doing a great job!

The downtown Saint-Nazaire location is good, and the hotel is comfortable, well equipped, and has both outdoor and underground parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two things let it down: the blackout curtains in our family room were broken and didn't block the daylight, and breakfast was basic and not good enough for the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed for a few months in a nice apartment with a balcony over the surprisingly pleasant inner yard. It was usually quiet, and the cleaning service did a good job. When I broke a plate and clogged the sink, the staff responded quickly. No complaints from me!
