Amazing service. The staff are very accommodating, especially tatiana. I'd highly recommend staying here in st nazaire.

I came here while waiting for a ship and found the Hotel very pleasant. The staff were welcoming and polite. We had lunch in the restaurant, and there was plenty of tasty food. I can't comment on the rooms since we didn't stay overnight, but I'd very much recommend eating here. I edited my review because I had the hotel name wrong. My apologies.

The rooms are tidy and clean, and the room service attendants are honest. All the staff were kind and accommodating, and professional in their work.

The personnel were very friendly and helpful, and the room was good enough. But the hotel was quite cold, apparently because energy prices are high. There was no heating in the bathroom, and the shared areas, like the restaurant and bar, were very cold. A few things common in many European hotels weren't provided: disposable slippers, a bathrobe, a toothbrush, or even a sheet of paper and a pen.
