The service was nice, even though I wasn't here for very long. I hope we get to come back to this hotel 🥰

I came here while waiting for a ship and found the hotel very pleasant. The staff were welcoming and polite, and we had lunch in the restaurant. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms, but I'd very much recommend eating here. I edited this review because I had the hotel name wrong. My apologies.

The room was good enough, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But with energy prices high, it was quite cold in the hotel. There was no heating in the bathroom, and shared spaces like the restaurant and bar were very cold. A few common things offered by most European hotels were missing too: disposable slippers, a bathrobe, a toothbrush, and even a sheet of paper and a pen.
