The breakfast was delicious, with bread, croissants, yogurt, drinks, and cheese. The hosts were passionate and generous, and shared tips on places to visit. The house, part château, has been renovated really well and has a lovely garden. Moissac and Auvillar are two nearby villages worth visiting.

We had a lovely stay in the gite, and the welcome came with a few thoughtful extras. Sharing the pool with the main house worked out fine. Just watch your head if you're tall, some of the beams are low. The one letdown was that air conditioning had been advertised, but there wasn't any.
