MOB House

Dinner was delicious, though the service felt a little odd. The location worked perfectly for me, with friends and family close by via tram and metro, and I enjoyed browsing the flea and antique markets over the weekend. The reception and bar teams were quick to respond to requests. Vanessa welcomed me warmly at reception, arranged an early check-in, lent me an adapter, and suggested I upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious and very clean, with room to work and relax. I like warm lighting, but one ceiling light was out and left the room dimmer than I wanted. A lovely little find for a stay in town.

We stayed in a balcony room with our 1year old, and all the staff, across every shift, were friendly and happy to interact with the kids. I never felt like we were bothering anyone with our toddler. You can even take a family picture in their photobooth. The food is very good, and the rooms are clean and practical. The hotel is just outside the city centre, with metro and buses nearby for getting into town. Parking is easy to access. We'll be coming back to MOB House!

The hotel staff made my four nights here especially enjoyable. They were accommodating with small requests, and the bar team filled my cooler bag each day so I could have cold drinks, since the fridge was more of a cooler drawer and didn't keep drinks very cold. The gym was excellent and had everything I needed for a full workout. My room was well appointed, with plenty of closet space and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It was nice to catch the first bit of spring out there. I'm a World of Hyatt Globalist, and this was my first stay at a Mr & Mrs Smith hotel. I liked being in Saint Ouen and exploring a lively part of Paris away from the usual tourist areas. Mob House Hotel felt like a hidden find, newer and more modern than most Paris hotels, with strong value. I hadn't realized at first that there were no TVs, though the website says so clearly. It turned out not to matter: the internet was the fastest I've had at any hotel, and I could make Zoom calls with clients, watch movies, and stay connected without interruptions. The location was a refreshing alternative to the traditional tourist areas, and the staff and hotel made this a fantastic stay. I can't say enough good things about it.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the cleaning crew were kind and thoughtful. The restaurant food and drinks were top tier. Everyone on staff was consistently positive and helpful, and this was one of the best hotel stays I've had. I'd absolutely return and would recommend it.
