The team at Château Rieutort made the day run smoothly and clearly cared about giving the couple and their vendors a great experience. I photographed a wedding there in October 2025, and the place was a joy to work in. The outdoor ceremony area felt peaceful and intimate, and the château has elegant indoor spaces too, with options if the weather changes. The whole property feels polished but still welcoming, so guests can settle in and enjoy themselves. For photos, the October light and autumn colours were lovely. Vineyards, old trees, graceful architecture, and well-kept grounds made a beautiful setting. Karina and Peter are what made the weekend feel so special. Karina’s dinners, stories, and warm manner had our guests feeling more like friends and family than visitors. Peter took care of the wine and champagne throughout, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We held our wedding weekend at Château Rieutort in September. The gardens were beautiful, the spa was a lovely extra, and the bridal suite had just what we needed. If you’re looking for hosts who truly care, I’d highly recommend it.

Peter and Karina were part of the celebration itself, chatting with our guests, leading wine tours, and making sure everyone felt welcome and cared for. That was a lovely part of our wedding weekend at Château Rieutort. The planning felt personal and relaxed from the start. On our first video call, they gave us a virtual tour, and we fell for the venue. They were quick to answer questions, and when we visited a year before the wedding, Karina patiently showed us around, shared the wine list, explained the details, and suggested trusted suppliers who knew the venue. That took a lot of pressure off us. We had an incredible wedding, and Peter and Karina, the owners and hosts, played a big part. They were warm, supportive, and genuinely keen to get to know us.

Everything was ready down to the smallest detail, and my clients and their guests were taken with the atmosphere. I worked with Château Rieutort in September 2023 for a client's wedding, and the service was exceptional. The setting is breathtaking, a wedding planner's dream. We keep coming back to Karina and Peter's place, this was our 4th stay. The château is amazing, with great rooms and facilities, a lovely park, good wine, and hosts who are unbelievable. There's plenty here for a relaxing family or couples' break. It's also close to the sea, with the Meze beaches a 20 min drive away, and to lots of lovely villages and towns to explore. The nearby zoo is a bonus if you have kids. We'll definitely be back again!
