When our first honeymoon lodging in the Côte d’Azur didn’t meet our expectations, I found Le Hameau in a hurry. It turned out to be an amazing find. Linda at the front desk greeted us joyfully and was very helpful, and Mara and Antonello were wonderful hosts. When my husband got sick and the pharmacies were closed, Sonya helped us. The rooms are lovely, the views gorgeous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They speak English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French. It’s within walking distance of the medieval town, Saint Paul de Vence, and a quick drive from Vence and Cagnes-sur-Mer. I highly recommend Le Hameau.

Breakfast was great, and it’s easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are courteous, and I loved meeting all the dogs who were staying there.

We only booked one night because of our vacation plan, but if we’d known how lovely the place was, we would’ve stayed longer. Everyone was welcoming and sweet. We brought our own food instead of having breakfast, and they still made us great fresh coffee in the morning. Our two dogs were no trouble at all, the staff loved them. There are also two golden retrievers living at the acommodation, which was the cherry on top. We’d love to come back!

The locally sourced dinner was incredible, and the staff were super welcoming and beyond kind. It was such a charming stay, with a peaceful, beautiful rustic setting and incredible views. I’d recommend the dinner!

The pool was nice, the grounds were well kept, and the staff were attentive with great service. The rooms are small, but the hotel has plenty of charm and works well for couples or families. Breakfast was good, though at €15 you might find a better deal elsewhere. I’d recommend having a car to explore the nearby areas.
