We loved spending six days at Lès Acacias. Les Acacias is quiet, beautifully clean and practically beside the lake. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, though it isn't in the centre of St Paul.

After family issues forced us to cancel our room, the cancellation was marked FREE and we have the email to prove it. Even so, the manager took the whole amount, nearly €700, without authorization. That left my partner and me with no money to get through the rest of the month. It's disgraceful. I can't understand how anyone could do that. The manager seems to care only about your money and showed absolutely no humanity.

The manager was very pleasant and even gave us a few extra hours to get ready before leaving the room, thank you! The room isn't modern, but it's perfectly adequate for a few nights.

The walk around the lake is lovely, and there are supermarkets nearby. The apartments were quiet and clean, well equipped with all the amenities, and the owner was very friendly. It looks a little dated in places, but that didn't bother us. We appreciated having a non-slip shower, which we'd missed in some more modern places that only had bathtubs. Watch out for the geese.

A balcony room overlooking Lake Christus turned out to be available when I booked at the last minute in July 2025, what luck! I was impressed by how clean the place was and by the owners' kindness. The manager gave me a very warm welcome, and I spent a few lovely, calm and pleasant days here. Thanks again for being so kind and available. I'll be back. Nadia.
