This was our May 2022 visit. We enjoyed the clean, nice rooms, good food, and beautiful beach, but what really stands out is the receptionist's help. A mistake by the travel agency meant we were about to miss our booked helicopter tour. She called around to the different providers on her own and found out when our flight was leaving. Without her help, we would have missed this great experience. A thousand thanks for her outstanding effort.

The room had plenty of space, a beautiful balcony, and a comfortable bed, with A/C available. The pool is nice, but the WiFi in the room wasn't stable. The room decor is a little old.

The view is really nice and calming, the hotel itself is pleasant, and the rooms are very clean. But it’s very expensive for such terrible service. One person was welcoming and very nice, while most of the rest of the staff were almost hostile. They seem to take every chance to charge you more, which is shameful.

The staff were friendly, and the food was just great. It's a very nice hotel right on the beachfront, ideal for enjoying the sun and doing some snorkeling.

The lagoon is beautiful, full of colorful fish, and you can use the snorkeling gear for free. Being right on the beach makes the hotel bright and airy, and our room was large and comfortable.
