The place is really cozy, and we've ended up extending our stay both times we've visited. The whole family looked after us with great care and attention. They've owned the hotel for generations, and it's in a perfect spot in Saint Pierre de Chartreuse.

Madame runs things very efficiently, and there's good beer, food and wine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, and there's good storage for bicycles. The hotel has been recently refurbished, with terrific showers and decor.

The staff were friendly, the accommodations comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The location was great too. I'd give five stars if the internet weren't so bad, it's very slow and keeps disconnecting. These days a reliable connection is a must, so I hope they work on it.

The mountain view was stunning, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We had a fantastic week, with delicious breakfasts and excellent dinners. The New Year's Eve party was a real highlight, with lovely decorations, a superb menu and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you to Laure and Vincent for the warm welcome, excellent service and constant smiles. I highly recommend the hotel and will keep it in mind for another stay.

10/10
Laure and her loyal assistant Vincent were exemplary managers, helpful, available, smiling and efficient. A huge thank you to them. The family-run place isn't especially modern, but it has tasteful decor and was impeccably clean. The food was simple, delicious and varied. Against all expectations, New Year's Eve was fantastic, with a DJ, a very tasty and generous menu, and an amazing atmosphere. An unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend it.
