The breakfast was so generous that we had leftovers for the road: eggs, ham, cheese, biscuits, croissants, rhubarb and ginger marmelade, homemade yogurt, flan, banana bread, hot cocoa and the yummiest coffee. Everything was delicious. The place is about 10 min outside Foix, which wasn't necessarily a problem. Anne, the owner/property manager, made communication easy and check-in was straightforward. Our room in the charming building was spotless, and parking was nearby. Everything went perfectly during our stay. If I return to Foix, I'll return to Anne’s!

There are lots of beautiful hiking paths nearby. This country hotel also serves an excellent, tasty dinner, made with care and fresh herbs from the garden. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

We drove ten minutes from Foix for dinner at this lovely, homely hotel, and it was well worth it. The host was incredibly friendly, the restaurant cosy with a great atmosphere, and the homemade food was delicious.

Anne runs this warm, family-style place, and everything feels great, from the beds and sheets to breakfast and all the smiles. A place I'd come back to.

We had a wonderful time soaking up the atmosphere of local France, and the food was incredibly delicious, made with love and care. Thanks as well for the recommendations on places to visit nearby. The owner of this hotel and restaurant looked after us from the very first minute to the last, and I really appreciate that. My son said he definitely wants to come back. It was his first stay in such an authentic hotel, and I'm so glad we got to experience it. I highly recommend staying here. Be sure to book a table in the cosy little restaurant ahead of time, you won't regret it!
