The welcome was part of the pleasure here. French diners greeted one another as they came in, so have your best “bonjour” ready and join in. The service was good, and the place has a very traditional feel. We first stopped in almost by chance while driving around at lunchtime. The plat du jour was excellent and reasonably priced. The evening menu looked really interesting, though it costs a bit more, still not outrageously so. It might not suit families with noisy children, but couples and groups of friends should have a treat here for a good price. I'd happily come back.

The beds were comfy, the food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely overnight stay. There wasn't any tea or coffee making gear in the room, but I'd still be very happy to come back to this delightful little hotel.

The rooms and beds were nice, and service at the restaurant was very quick. It felt surprisingly chic for the price, which was very good value overall. Everyone was really friendly.

The owners and the food were lovely, and the rooms were clean and good value. They are showing their age, though, looking somewhere around their mid to late thirties.
