The garden is fantastic, and the house is beautiful with really tasteful decor. Sarah was the kindest, most caring host we've ever stayed with. She was happy to help with everything, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners with lovely wine. This place feels magical, and we highly recommend it.

We were in town for work, and I slept like a dream. At Le Chaton Rouge, we got such a warm welcome and help getting to our room. We felt at home and looked after straight away. Breakfast was wonderful, and so was the coffee. I'd happily stay with Lewis and Sarah again next time I'm in town.

The garden is such a relaxing spot, and every room at the B&B has its own homely feel. Sarah and Lewis are incredible hosts and lovely people. Come stay here, you won't regret it!

We were here for work, and it made such a difference to feel completely comfortable and so well looked after. Sarah and Lewis couldn't have done more for us. We had a great evening at the shared dining table, chatting with the other guests. The hosts were so welcoming, and the service was excellent. Dinner was delicious, with a nice emphasis on locally sourced produce. I loved the local sparkling wine, though the red wasn't to my taste, and there wasn't much choice on the wine menu. The B&B has stylish yet rustic decor and all the mod cons we needed for a short stay. The building is typical of a small village in the Loire valley, and it's just the right distance from the motorways to make a last night in France on the drive back to the UK relaxed yet convenient. A great place, and one I'd definitely consider for next year's trip.
