The bathroom and room were clean, which mattered most to us. We had a nice stay and the kids were happy, though the rooms felt a bit dated for this standard and the insulation wasn’t great. It was winter, and we could feel the cold air from outside; the windows had moisture and condensation. One downside was that the pool wasn’t working, and nobody told me when I booked. I’d still recommend the hotel.

The room was cold, and it made for a bad experience. I’d reserved a queen bed but found a small bed instead. There was no complimentary bottle of water, slippers, or full minibar. Even with all that, they charged a €60 deposit for one night 😅

The breakfast was really good, and the staff speak enough English to make things convenient for foreign guests. The rooms are nice, though the corridors on each floor look a little dated. There’s also a swimming pool and sauna. It’s a good hotel for people visiting Paris for sightseeing or work, but keep in mind there’s a €250 deposit to pay when booking in...

Our room wasn’t ready when promised at 1 pm, and we ended up waiting almost another hour and a half. When we finally got in, there was only one set of towels, and the room was unbearably hot: 27° outside and 35° inside. The AC seemed to blow hot air whether it was on or off. They brought us some random portable air cooler, without even adding ice, and it wasn’t AC. The bedsheet also looked suspicious because of the stains. For a hotel that’s rated four stars on paper, this felt substandard. There was no air conditioning, as if they hadn’t known about the problem. Service amounted to check-in and check-out, with little customer care. The location is good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable to sleep in, and the hotel itself is really beautiful. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the nearest town. Breakfast was good, though I’d have liked more hot vegetarian choices, such as hash browns or mushrooms. It was a good stay for me.
