The rate was competitive, and they let my dog stay free as compensation. The studio itself was only 15°C because the heating was just in the shower room. There was no internet, and apparently the parking lot wasn’t accessible for a one-night stay. I also got a shock when I touched the stovetop because the kitchen wasn’t grounded, with pins and needles in my forearm for a little while afterward.
We couldn’t sleep all night. We came out in rashes and itched, probably because the bedding wasn’t sanitary. The place seemed like it hadn’t even been cleaned, and the supposedly secure parking lot was easy to walk into. Don’t go there.
The apartment’s tiny, and there’s barely anything to use. There was just one 20-cm frying pan for cooking, and cleaning and linen changes happen only once every 15 days.
A really nice hotel near Saint-Étienne.
