The WiFi was so poor I couldn’t even keep a WhatsApp call going. The air conditioner wasn’t giving out fresh air, which wasn’t surprising since it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom ceiling had mold, and the bathtub was tiny, about 1 m long. The restaurant closes in the evening, so dinner means eating outdoors or ordering delivery.

The staff made this hotel for me. They’re always so attentive and kind. I also really enjoyed lunch at the restaurant, simple food but super tasty. Thank you!

The one thing I can give a star for is breakfast. The room itself was the filthiest I’ve ever stayed in, even after check-in, and I’ve traveled all over for work and personal trips. It cost €190. There was a fair on, so I know room prices often go up during exhibitions, but what I found was still unbelievable. The first floor, where my room was, also smelled like a wastewater treatment plant because of problems with the wastewater pipes. Completely unacceptable at that price.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Special thanks to Hotel Receptionist Gyslain, who helped me get my lost luggage back from my Uber.
