I know it's a low-budget hotel, but it could still be clean. There was a terrible cigarette smell on my pillow. The walls were dirty and there was dust on the plus... The bed had only a sheet and a blanket, not linen around the blanket, so I couldn't tell if it was clean. I saw the sheet being changed, but never a clean blanket. Maybe the one there had been used for a week or two.

We were left looking for another hotel at about 10pm, even though I'd booked and paid online for two rooms for my family and me through PayPal. I had the booking ID, but the staff refused to let us check in unless I paid the room cost again in cash. They wouldn't give us written proof of this second payment and told us to ask PayPal for a refund after leaving. We had a small child with us, which made the situation even harder. I contacted Booking.com, where we'd made the booking, and they tried to sort it out. The hotel staff left us waiting about 15 minutes while they refused to take the call. They even pretended on the phone that they couldn't speak any English. Eventually Booking.com found us another hotel, but being sent elsewhere that late because these people were trying to scam us was disgraceful. This was a pure nightmare. I expected better from such a large hotel chain, and I'd give a zero star review if that were an option.

Like most F1 hotels, I guess: clean sheets and shower, but dirty floors and toilet, with everything else dirty too. I keep wondering why they won't pay someone to clean the rooms at least every couple of days. I know it's relatively cheap, but 35e times all those rooms still seems like decent daily income. Then again, I'm not the manager...

I've stayed in more than 30 F1/Premiere hotels while traveling across France, and this was the worst. Two men on staff acted like they were being punished by having to work there. Everything seemed to be a problem for them, and even when we needed help, they looked like they were doing it reluctantly. I won't come back, and I'd tell others not to make the same mistake even once.
