The restaurant was a highlight, from its elegant, warm atmosphere to the outdoor terrace with its wonderful view. The French menu brings together traditional and modern dishes, with fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and beautiful presentation. The staff were attentive without hovering, knew the food and wine pairings well, and cared about making the meal special. Even the timing between courses and keeping wine glasses filled felt carefully handled. We also met the chef, who explained the dishes to us. We stayed at Le Viscos recently and loved the calm surroundings and beautiful scenery. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, with sweeping landscape views. Waking up to the sounds of nature and looking out from our window was a real highlight. The welcome felt warm and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere from the moment we arrived. It was a memorable mix of lovely accommodation, striking views, and a restaurant worth visiting, whether you're a foodie or just enjoy a fine meal in a beautiful place.
