Our children had a great time, especially with the varied, high-quality entertainment. The whole team was friendly, professional, and available throughout, and their kindness made the family holiday even more enjoyable. We made lovely memories at Le Chêne Vert and recommend it without hesitation. A big thank you to everyone for such a warm welcome. We’ll be back! 😊

Our hiking group stayed from May 17th to 24th. The setting was pleasant, and the bungalows, though a bit old, were clean but could use renovation. The welcome was friendly and the service staff adequate, but there was absolutely no entertainment. The activities coordinator was there but ineffective. There were two separate groups that week. The coordinator looked after the other group and was always with them, while our hiking group was completely ignored and neglected. We got no activities, information, or announcements, despite the new manager's claims otherwise. All 25 of us agree about what happened. The new manager is dishonest, a liar, and acting in very bad faith. When a service isn't provided, we can ask for a refund, but that wasn't the case here. We give this a very poor rating.

The new owners are fantastic, and it’s ideally located for getting around. Everything is set up thoughtfully for families, and our children loved it. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a genuinely considerate welcome. We’d be happy to return.

We had a relaxing family weekend with 10 people in pleasant surroundings. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and the staff were attentive, available, and discreet. The accommodation worked for everyone. There were outdoor games and a swimming pool, though the sun didn’t come out much. Thank you to the team for a lovely weekend.

The apartment was in a very good location, but it should be aired out more before tenants arrive. It smelled damp, perhaps because of the season, and the sofa was wet from the humidity.
