The hallway smelled like poop the whole time, and it never cleared. In the apartment, stains covered the floors and furniture, the bathroom sink drain was clogged with hair and other nasty stuff, and the place felt absolutely filthy, as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For a ski apartment where you’re meant to unwind after the slopes, that’s unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless the owners seriously improve the cleaning.

At least the staff were pleasant, and the woman at the front desk speaks three languages fluently. The WiFi worked, though it was slow, and used the code "73berge". The room and bed linen weren’t very clean, and the dishwasher worked but seemed overdue for servicing. I expected basics such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags, and hand soap. They also hadn’t put de-icing salt on the asphalt to the bus stop, even when it was slippery with ice.

The price was fair, you get what you pay for. The rooms were okay, but bring your own towels, cleaning gear, and cooking gear since consumables are missing. The ski lockers are very basic and small: our group of five, with 3 snowboards and 2 skis, filled the locker meant for 8 people. There are no shelves or hooks. The pool is a little colder than ideal and not very deep, so don’t dive in, but it’s fine for a quick dip after skiing.

The staff were friendly and helped with whatever we needed. It wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, though that wasn’t a big problem. There are some nice shops nearby, including Proxi, a five-minute walk away or reachable by shuttle. The free shuttle comes every 10 minutes and gives good access to the slopes. Fairly priced, as other reviews have said. I’d come again.
