The owners are really friendly, and the garden is lovely, beautifully laid out. In good weather, it’s a great place to spend time outdoors. But when it rains and you’re stuck inside, it starts to feel cramped. The shower opening straight onto the bedroom is a little unsettling, too.

Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The place is fully independent, with a bedroom, a comfortable double bed, and a shower and sink in the room. There’s also a toilet and Wi-Fi. The owner welcomed us warmly. It’s a good base for exploring the Libournais vineyards.

The garden is spectacular, and the facilities are kept in impeccable condition. We felt very welcome here. Highly recommended.

Right among the vineyards, this bed and breakfast is ideally placed for visiting the St Emillon vineyards.
