Rustic wooden lodges and a picturesque castle make Château de la Mothe a charming place for a romantic break or a fun outing with friends. The locals are friendly and the atmosphere is warm. Plan ahead and bring your favorite snacks to make the stay easy and comfortable.

Our hosts were so kind and accommodating that we'd go back in a heartbeat. My wife and I really enjoyed our two nights at Chateau de la Mothe. It’s historic, beautiful, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. A fantastic experience.

The owner deserves a special mention for making us feel so welcome. We booked one night for a friend's wedding and found the setting peaceful, authentic, and wonderfully timeless. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the place was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was generous, with homemade products. We’d gladly come back!

The only small drawback was that the single beds felt a little narrow, but it barely detracted from the superb stay. The castle is beautifully decorated with great taste, and sits in a peaceful, well-located setting. The owner was pleasant and attentive, breakfast was very good, and the value for money was excellent. She even managed to make us feel transported back in time. We’ll definitely be back, thank you!

Everything came together for an unforgettable stay with my sister. The owners welcomed us so warmly and were incredibly kind. The place is magnificent, in an ideal spot with peaceful, enchanting surroundings. We’ll definitely return!
