We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with homemade jams, crusty bread, and a Belgian treat. The open barn set up for outdoor meals and relaxing was a lovely extra. The guesthouse is peaceful and spacious, with comfortable beds and everything well equipped. Kathy and Marc made us feel so welcome. We were a couple and didn't need to share the facilities, though it would work really well for a family.

Such a relaxing place, and Cathy and Marc are genuinely kind and welcoming. Thanks, Marc, for holding our baby while we packed! :)

Cathy's breakfasts were a real treat every morning: homemade jam, gluten-free bread for me, fresh bread, eggs, fruit, cheese, French toast, and cake. Marc was lovely to talk to, and his tips and recommendations for local places were helpful. We stayed 10 nights from December 27th, 2025, and the apartment stayed wonderfully warm even with nights down to -8 degrees Celsius. It was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious bathroom and bedroom, and excellent bedding. The apartment was tastefully decorated, with a Christmas tree in the living room, and the house itself is beautiful with an attractively decorated exterior. It felt peaceful and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. A sincere thank you to Cathy and Marc for their care and thoughtfulness.

We slept so well in the spacious, spotless room, which was beautifully decorated. Kathy is such a lovely person, and the breakfast she prepared was delicious. The guesthouse is tucked away in the countryside, and we got a very warm welcome.
