Lou Salins

Our plans fell through unexpectedly, and the hotel gave us a full refund even though the booking couldn’t be refunded. That kindness and care for customers feels rare these days. We’re very grateful and will choose the hotel when we finally get to Saint-Tropez. Highly recommend the hospitality and professionalism.

I loved how quiet the hotel was even though it’s near the city center. The atmosphere and design were lovely, and the staff were kind and supportive, always around to answer questions or help with what we needed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Santropez.

On my last night, I had to move to another hotel because of supposed electrical problems. They said they’d refund that night, but the money never came. The room was exceptionally tiny, with nowhere to open a suitcase on the floor, and the listing felt deceptive because it counted a balcony in the square footage. The balcony wasn’t private and looked more like a shared garden. Breakfast was poor. This was unacceptable and unprofessional.

My room was putrid, with someone else’s hair and stains on the bed sheets. Friends staying in other rooms also complained about stained towels. The walls were paper thin, so sleeping was impossible with people talking all night. There’s no after-hours reception number or security if something goes wrong, and no room service or amenities. With all the stairs, carrying a 30 kilo bag up to your room is difficult unless someone is specifically there to handle luggage. There’s nowhere to sit while checking in, and the receptionist has to help guests with their bags as well as manage the desk. I can’t see how this is rated 4 star. It feels like a 2 star hotel, and the listing is a catfish.
