Airelles Pan Dei Palais

I was so happy with my stay. The hotel has a romantic history, and they tell you the story when you arrive. It's a quiet, luxurious boutique place with a lovely pool and outdoor bar. My room was incredibly comfortable, with care taken over every detail. They left gifts on the bed, cosmetics in the bathroom, and a minibar with wine, snacks, and cake. I was especially touched by the notebook with my initials on it. The bathroom was comfortable and convenient, and the personal attention was beyond what I expected. Even the General Manager came by to introduce himself.

The room could actually be made cold with the AC, which was a big plus for me since I like sleeping in a cold room. The place is close to town, and you still get access to the incredible Chateau. What stood out even more was how cared for we felt. Arielles gave us daily gifts and made the minibar completely free. The cost of those things may be small, but the attitude behind them matters. Some elite hotels charge for every little thing, and this felt completely different. Everything seemed handled or complimentary. A very generous, hospitable experience. Highly recommend.

We loved the whole concept, it's unique and worth experiencing. Dinner, drinks, and the ambiance were all top notch, and Theo, the restaurant manager, was wonderful. This is the place to stay and dine. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!

The location is ideal, right in the heart of town while still feeling like a peaceful escape. The property is beautiful and full of history, which Anne loved telling us about. With only 12 rooms, it has an intimate, home-like feel, and every interaction with the staff showed real kindness and care. We left feeling celebrated and at ease. We were there with dear friends for our first wedding anniversary, and Anne welcomed us warmly from the start. She arranged an easy port transfer and helped us feel at home. Our Kamadeva room was spacious, comfortable, and full of natural light. There was plenty of closet space and room for our suitcases, so settling in was easy. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The generous spread of fruit, yogurt, bread, cheese, and meat was beautifully presented, and there were made-to-order entrées too. Arnold made it even nicer with warm conversation and thoughtful service. He remembered our coffee order and brought us drinks while we waited for the car. Oscar also checked in often to make sure our stay felt personal and memorable, and quickly arranged dinner and tennis court reservations. One evening, Basil, forgive me if I have misspelled his name, went out of his way to help our group at dinner. He even helped me remember the name of a cocktail I loved but couldn't recall. We also appreciated access to Château de la Messardière, where we had meals, used the gym, and enjoyed plenty of padel and tennis. We're deeply grateful to the team for such a special anniversary trip and all the memories.
