Hotel SEZZ Saint-Tropez

We’re already eager to come back to Hotel Sezz Saint Tropez. The one-star Michelin restaurant, Le Colette, was a real highlight: Chef Philippe Collinet’s dishes combined flavors beautifully and looked like works of art. It felt like a proper gastronomic journey. From the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us and consistently went beyond what was needed to make us comfortable. The hotel was spotless throughout. It’s an unforgettable escape for accommodation, service, and dining.

I’ve been coming back year after year, and the team at Sezz keeps delivering. That consistency and quality are rare in a place where short-term goals often seem to matter more than loyalty. The concierge is excellent, and at the one-star Michelin restaurant the chef still makes time for one-off dishes to suit particular diets or tastes. That kind of detail and personal memory at a boutique hotel makes it a joy to return for a few weeks each season. With its beautiful rooms, it feels like home in the lap of luxury. Thanks, Sezz. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we ate there regularly because the quality stayed consistent. Our space was airy and uncluttered, with a chic, minimalist look that still felt homely, and plenty of room. We loved having our own plunge pool and outdoor shower, and the poolside area was comfortable, with attentive staff making sure we had what we needed. The welcome felt genuinely warm. This was a fabulous find in St. Tropez, and the team made our holiday unforgettable. We hope to return.
