The animals and the calm, lovely setting made this visit memorable for me. Ô Saveur de l'instant feels like a real hidden gem, with staff who clearly care about animal welfare and welcome you warmly. I loved the whole atmosphere and already can’t wait to come back.

Loved every part of staying here. It was so quiet, and the hosts were genuinely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was simple but filling, with homemade things, and the honey, jams, and apples came from the farm behind the area. Thanks, Ramatara & Yvan, for making us feel so welcome.

The outdoor space is beautiful, with so much imagination and natural charm to take in. I came back for my second three-day workshop here, and the warm, attentive welcome made everyone feel at ease. The little touches in the excellent service make the place special, and the generous vegetarian meals are full of flavor. I almost wished I’d managed to finish my portion. It would be lovely for a family outing too.

The rooms are comfortable and decorated with real taste, and the home-cooked food is delicious, made with care. I loved being surrounded by nature and the welcoming feel of the place. I’ll happily come back when I need to recharge. Congratulations for making your project a reality.

Even with the May chill, I really enjoyed the natural pool. The owners are so welcoming, and the food is nourishing and healthy. Walking through the valley among the animals and nature was lovely. You can tell they put genuine thought into looking after guests. Thank you.
