The room had a lovely mountain view and a comfortable bed. Its basic kitchenette had everything we needed for our one-night stop on the GR58. We also liked the shared garden, hammock, and terrace. The team arranged an early check-in and kept in touch well before our booking, which was great. A few things brought the stay down: at €180 for one night, having to buy our own washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablet felt stingy. We could hear the games room from our room, which was a bit disturbing, and the sauna cost €40 for 45 minutes.

The service was OK, nothing special, and the spa was a letdown. It was just a jacuzzi and sauna in a windowless room, with no view at all. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a lovely village, and our superior studios had an amazing view.

We had a great stay and felt we got more than we could have expected for the money. The manager speaks very good English and promptly mailed back the iPad we left behind. The rooms were clean and functional, the location was perfect, and both the hotel and town had an authentic feel. It’s a charming hotel with an excellent restaurant and very good facilities for keeping the kids entertained. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying in the gites "Le Bas". There was plenty of general space, a nice fireplace, and a small kitchen that worked well. The single toilet and double bath setup was noted. The bed sheets didn't fit the bed properly, but they were usable, and the cleaning was questionable, perhaps because of the previous guests. The owner was readily available when we had requests.

The staff were efficient but wonderfully discreet, and the rooms had outstanding views. A spacious place with an authentic atmosphere.
