We rented a canoe from the neighboring rental and were dropped upstream, then paddled back to the apartment, got out, and went straight into the pool. You can choose 4, 8, 12, 24, or 28 kilometres. Supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car, and prehistoric sites and the medieval town Sarlat are within easy reach. The apartments have dishwashers and washing machines, comfortable beds, great showers, spacious rooms, and ample closet space. There's also a great pool, barbecue, and table tennis facilities. A great place to stay, beautifully situated on the Dordogne river. We'd certainly come back someday.

Be careful. The property asks for a deposit, then charges whatever it wants after you leave, with some crazy payments coming through afterwards. Communication is disgusting once you've paid. Highly NOT recommended.

We were delighted by this exceptional spot after renting a cottage for four people in the area at the beginning of July. It's ideally placed along the Dordogne River, with a pool, barbecue, ping-pong table, and garden. Our children and four-legged friends had a really pleasant stay. The cottage was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We got a perfect welcome and will happily come back. I highly recommend it! Arnaud J.
