We spent two days in Sainte Anne, and Malueva's place was ideally located, just a five-minute walk from the wonderful Caravelle beach. We didn't have a car yet, so our son and I got around on foot and still enjoyed Sainte Anne. The bungalow was perfectly adequate and very well equipped. I highly recommend it!

The apartments are a little dated, but the location is convenient, near ClubMed beach and the center of Sainte Anne. Right next to the apartments, the owner has a shop selling surf gear and lovely swimsuits. A good fit for water sports fans on a limited budget.

You can walk to Caravelle Beach (Club Med) and the Sainte Anne seafront, and there's a bakery close by. Best suited to young people who are easygoing, have few expectations, and enjoy water sports.

We've been renting places in Guadeloupe for six years, and our week here in early November 2022 was the first and last time we'll stay with Malueva. Cleanliness was lacking throughout, hygiene and safety were barely acceptable, and the amenities were extremely basic. The only selling point was the Club Med beach in Sainte-Anne, which is very beautiful and has restaurants for all tastes. If you want a pleasant rental, this isn't the place.

Junio was kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had an excellent stay in a comfortable, well-equipped bungalow, conveniently located near the sea and shops. We'll be back as soon as we can.
