Valerie, our hostess and the owner, was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a big smile. She's such a great person, she feels like family now. Our villa, La Corail, was pristine and had all the comforts: a saline pool, loungers, a full outdoor chef's kitchen, a calm, quiet bedroom, and French TV. We preferred cooking, though meals can be arranged with Valerie. The property also makes an effort with composting and recycling, while still offering modern conveniences. The lush landscaping felt natural, and hummingbirds visited all day. It's private and well located, about 30 minutes from the airport, tucked by a cliff between Ste Anne and Gosier. La Toubana is right next door for fine dining or its Sisley spa, and several beaches are very close. We especially liked Le Petit Havre. We highly recommend Iguane House and will return.

We loved the privacy at this charming Guadeloupe villa, which made it a relaxing and romantic place for my wife and me. The plunge pool was a lovely feature for cooling off and having quiet moments. Valérie was a very friendly, accommodating host who made sure we had what we needed and shared useful local tips. A real gem for comfort, seclusion, and warm hospitality.

We picked well for our first trip to Guadeloupe, which was during the busy tourist season. Valerie was a pleasure to talk to and gave us perfect service. The website details and photos were accurate, and Corail Villa was ideally placed for exploring Grande Terre. We stayed five nights and six days, and it was very good value.
