The building has a pleasant atmosphere and St. Anne is a good location, but the apartment itself has a lot of drawbacks. The hotplates and refrigerator are in such poor shape they barely work, the cabinets are worn, and there's nowhere to store groceries. There's no oven or toaster either. The TV has very few programs, and instead of lounge chairs there are only four old plastic chairs. There's no privacy.
