Our host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. She was happy to help with anything. We only stayed one night, but it was a really nice stop, and breakfast was great. Our motorcycles were safely tucked away behind a locked gate.

Very friendly and clean, and they’re genuinely welcoming to dogs. I was glad to find a proper coffee pod machine, too.

Claire greeted us with a lovely smile. After coming from Spain, this was just right for a stop on the way to the crossing: a quiet spot by the main motorway, with restaurants and shops only a minute away. The room was cosy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Tea, coffee, crockery and a microwave were there too, so we had what we needed.

We got a very friendly welcome, and the price felt very good for what was included. It’s an easy two-minute hop from the motorway, with lots of restaurants nearby, including KFC and a beer house. The place was quiet, and the dog could wander around freely. A marvellous place to sleep during a journey. We’ll be back next year.
