The view is stunning, and our room was beautiful, all wood. The owner is an artist, and the welcome was lovely. We left with a very fond memory of our stay.

The chalet was lovely, clean, and nicely decorated, and we had a very pleasant welcome from a hostess with useful tips for exploring the area. Breakfast was very good too. But a computer problem with our reservation meant we were moved to another room without warning, and we couldn’t use the terrace we had booked. The only window was right in front of the bed, looking out onto a magnificent mountain view and the access path used by the owner and other guests. We had no privacy, so we kept the curtains closed for the whole stay and couldn’t enjoy the view. That’s absurd when you’ve booked a suite with a terrace. We weren’t offered any compensation despite the difference in what we received.

We stayed for a week, and our hosts were always happy to help us get to know their beautiful region. The owner shared a portfolio full of nearby hikes. Breakfast was very good, and the hosts were consistently friendly and attentive. We booked the Gaspard room, which was beautifully decorated, very clean, and made with quality materials. The bed was big and comfortable, and there wasn’t another room next to ours. We had our own terrace, with easy access to the jacuzzi and sauna. There’s also a shared kitchen available whenever you need it. It was just the quiet, charming place we wanted for our holiday. I’d highly recommend it, and hope to come back, on a motorbike next time.
