The staff were warm and helpful, and we really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. We only stayed one night while travelling from Colmar to Lourdes, but the restored castle was such a lovely find. Our room was roomy, comfortable and cosy.

The young man who checked us in also served dinner and made us feel right at home. The stew and Aubergine pasta were both a hit, and the wine and dessert were great too. We had a really nice stay here. Recommended.

We stopped here on the way to the Italian Alps. A great place to stay, and the food was very good.

We came back for another stay in 2024 and got a better room than last year. The meals were just as delicious. On the earlier visit, it was a very quiet place to rest, with really nothing around. Our room didn’t seem to have the advertised A/C, but the walls were about 3 feet thick, so the temperature inside wasn’t too bad. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and service stayed good even when lots of people were eating breakfast.

We’d come back. The rooms were cosy and clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel was lovely. The restaurant was very good too.
