Dominique (manager) is the best, and this is the best place to stay in Martinique. The beach is only a two-minute walk away. I'd give it 20 stars if I could, and recommend it to everyone.

The owners, Dominique and Nicola, are spectacularly kind and courteous. There’s a small pool at the residence, which is ideally located, about a ten-minute walk from the town of Saint-Luc and five minutes from the beach. The ateixe is available to guests. We rented small rooms with a kitchen on the balcony, what we call studios here. Each week you collect fresh sheets and towels to change yourself, since there’s no room cleaning service. The kitchen has a two-burner electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, basic cookware, cutlery, glasses, cups and plates. You won’t find everything needed for a 12-course Michelin-starred meal, but there’s enough to make pasta or risotto, eggs or steaks.
