The air conditioning didn’t work while I was there.

Top place.

We had a fantastic family holiday and can’t wait to return. There were four of us in two studios next to each other, with a large terrace, and another family of five had two studios as well. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We were on half-board. Breakfasts were generous, and we really enjoyed the evening buffet. There were always two hot choices, one meat and one fish, so over our ten days it never got boring. We also loved having our table for nine reserved by the pool each evening, and the Wednesday Creole night was a great way to try local specialties. Everyone was friendly, from the gardener and cook to the reception and service teams. Special thanks to Simone for her hiking tips! 😉 We chose not to do many of the organized activities because we were out exploring, though the Sunday evening of Carnival was great. The pool was lovely, the beach is just steps away, and the coastal path to the village of Sainte Luce is really pleasant.

The pool was really pleasant and spotless, and the site was calm and very clean. All the staff were friendly except at reception, and the restaurant team were especially welcoming. We were staying in a privately owned unit. When we asked reception if they could print our plane tickets, and offered to pay, they refused because our accommodation belonged to an owner through Pierre & Vacances. We found that unhelpful and not very commercial. On top of that, the Pierre & Vacances staff member was completely unpleasant and treated us with contempt.

We spent a lovely Christmas week here on half-board, two adults and two children in a six-person apartment. The resort felt very family-friendly, the food was good, and breakfast was decent. People were down-to-earth and friendly, as long as you were friendly too. Our third-floor apartment looked out over the sea and pool, a magnificent view. It isn't luxurious, and the outside could use a fresh coat of paint, though I imagine the climate wears it down quickly. It was perfectly fine for us, and if I return to Martinique, I’d stay here again.
