Our six-year-old was a big fan of the warm pool, and the games room was well organised. The gardens were lovely and well kept, and the spotless rooms had decent equipment. Aurelien and Damien, the managers, were warm and friendly, and made our stay work well for our young family. They were incredibly helpful, and made our time on Ile de Re unforgettable. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Eric was always around to answer questions or offer advice, and couldn't have been more helpful. Le Petit Bois was a great base for exploring the island. The pool and gardens made for such a relaxing week, and the photos don't really do them justice. We had an amazing time and would thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed for two weeks as a family and would definitely come back. The private heated pool was great, and everything was spotless and in good condition. The couple running the place were attentive and helpful the whole time. It's in an expensive part of France, but the price is reasonable for what you get. I can't recommend it highly enough for a stay on Ile de Re.

The bikes you can rent on-site were good quality and affordable, and there was plenty to enjoy, including a pool table and a fantastic pool. The little cottages were spotless and very well designed. Our host was incredibly friendly and had lots of useful advice. It felt typical of Île de Ré, and was truly perfect.
