We stayed here at the end of December 2023 and had a bad experience, mainly because the host was aggressive. The owners live on the first floor and constantly watch the guests, so we didn’t feel we had privacy. Those are the reasons for my rating: no privacy and an aggressive host.

We stayed upstairs from the owners in a very spacious, stylish house. The nature sounds were lovely, and from the big sun terrace you can see the sea while relaxing on modern, comfortable loungers.

This was the best place I stayed in all of Martinique. It was completely clean, and the host was friendly. The house has two bedrooms and a hall, with a TV, Netflix, and internet in each room. There’s a separate parking lot and a sea view from the balcony. It’s set amid nature and has what you need for cooking and laundry: a microwave, oven, fridge, induction cooktop, and utensils. I highly recommend it. We used it as a base for our plans to hike Mount Pelee, visit George de la falaise and Grand Riviera, and see banana plantations.

We had a very bad stay here. The owner tried to get cash from us for using the second room because we weren’t a couple. When we brought it up with Booking, he became very rude and aggressive.

I love this place. It’s really quiet and made for a pleasant holiday.
