Best Western Premier Montfleuri

The hotel is beautiful, and most of the staff were courteous and professional. But my experience with the receptionist MAIDA was unacceptable. She was confrontational, unhelpful and outright rude, which ruined my stay and reflects badly on the property. I’d planned to return, but I’ll choose another hotel next time because of the unprofessional behavior and what felt like a lack of proper staff training. I hope management addresses this and gives customer service more attention. The hotel has a lot of potential, but this kind of experience is unacceptable.

The sea view is really worth it, and the hotel has a serene feel. Rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s a nice pool area. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to central Saint Maxime. Parking is available on the property, but book ahead, since finding a spot in high season can be really complicated.

We booked a prestige room, which I’d suggest if you want some outdoor space. The courtyard and lovely pool really make the hotel, and the clean rooms have high standard bedding. Staff were so nice, bringing us drinks by the pool all afternoon. The loungers and chairs looked new, and breakfast had a good selection for €20. We stayed just two nights but will come back. If you don’t want to pay for their car park, be ready to hunt around for a space. Thank you.

Ms Maida welcomed us and took great care of us throughout our stay. She was professional, helped with everything we needed, and speaks fluent English. The hotel has spectacular views and a great location. We highly recommend this hidden gem if you want to be relatively close to St. Tropez and are looking for an affordable alternative.
