The pool area is lovely, and the rooms are spacious. It’s an easy, quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was great.

The staff deserve five stars. They were very friendly, and before we arrived they even offered an extra package that included parking. The location was fairly good, not far from the city beach and the main restaurant streets. Still, I found it overpriced, even taking the area into account. Our room looked onto a narrow passage lined with the outdoor AC units, and the noise meant we basically couldn’t open the window. The bathtub was oddly small, with barely any room to move, and without a balcony there was very little space to dry swimsuits or beach towels.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the included aperitif was a lovely touch. The hotel itself was nice, but our room was very small, with no space for two languages. The bed was damaged at both ends, and breakfast had very little choice and no vegetables.

We spent the night in a room with the worst stench I’ve ever smelled. Even with the French doors open, the smell kept us awake. When we asked the front desk to move us, they said the hotel was full, though I found that hard to believe. I’m surprised by the positive comments, especially from people saying the place smells good. Something feels fishy. Avoid this hotel.
