Hotel le Castellamar

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, and the beach was less than a ten-minute walk away. We could also walk to most restaurants. If you need them, the hotel has towels and other beach items for guests. Christelle and Phillipe were the best hosts I've ever met: so kind, welcoming, attentive, accommodating, and just amazing. Breakfast was one of my favorite parts, with a delicious selection of breads and treats, plus a fantastic omelette. The sun in the morning was just right, and the hot chocolate was perfect on a chilly late September morning.

The room was small, but very comfortable, with a clever ensuite. The interior has a retro artistic feel, and there's a lovely shaded courtyard for drinks. Breakfast was excellent, and it's very good value. Christelle and Phillipe are such welcoming, friendly hosts. It's a hidden gem, just a few minutes on foot from the beach, the old town, and frequent ferries to St Tropez. We'd love to come back.

A stylish little boutique hotel with friendly reception and comfortable, spacious rooms. Breakfast in the cozy courtyard was lovely, and the beach is only minutes away. I'd recommend it if you're after something with more character than a cookie-cutter hotel.

The owner Philippe is what makes this place special. He's a very friendly, welcoming host and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable, including bringing us a delicious breakfast in the garden under the platan trees. The hotel itself is superb and in a perfect spot, three minutes' walk from the beach and ten from the town centre, where there's a wide choice of good restaurants and bars.
