The hotel itself is okay and fairly rated, but the cleaning service was terrible. We didn’t have enough towels, and the ones left for us were still dirty. The balcony door had also been left wide open in 40-degree heat. Quite disappointing.

Closing the pool in the middle of the day to add chlorine, when red flags are up at the beach, is terrible customer service. They should chlorinate it at night.

4/10
The pool was fine, and the food was okay, though nothing exciting. The place itself is old and worn down. There were stains on the towels and bed sheets, and the room had a small TV with only French channels.

A nice place to stay. The value for the price is top-notch when you consider that you get meals three times a day.

6/10
The staff in housekeeping and the dining room were kind, pleasant, and easy to approach. That helped offset the aloof management and the meals. There are no alternatives if you dislike a particular dish, and there’s no communication about it either. This hotel caters to seniors, but it feels dated and, above all, has no elevator. It’s also too far from the town center and seafront.
