There are several parking areas for different kinds of vehicles, and two pools for guests within the residence. You can walk down to Elephant Beach, and Les Issambres is also just 2 km away. The grounds are very steep, particularly in the upper section, so I’d choose an apartment near the bottom. The residence is at the edge of Sainte Maxime.

The estate is gated and quite hilly. It’s a large place with lots of apartments, and the pool is lovely, with both shallow and deeper areas and a superb sea view. The roads are another matter: they’re bumpy and full of potholes, perhaps from the tree roots. There’s a sea view here!

We had a magnificent sea view from our apartment in "aux citronniers". The estate is beautiful and was peaceful during the Easter holidays. The beach is about 300 meters away on foot, and services are all nearby. Highly recommended.
