The studio was quiet inside thanks to the good glazing and insulation, even though it's close to the main road and could be noisy. It's very well located, near the centre, beach and shops.

The apartment was nice and well located, as I already said in my booking review. What I don't like is that the 200€ deposit still hasn't been returned. My mom made sure everything was spotless before leaving. In Cannes it took two days to return or unblock the money, but it's been nearly ten days here. Please answer my messages on booking.com.

We had a happy, peaceful holiday at Pierre Residences st Maxime. The view, garden, flowers and equipment were lovely, the team provided great service and hospitality, and the technical quality was good. It's a safe place, day and night, close to transport, beaches, the market and restaurants. St Maxime is a well-managed city, and our family felt welcomed by the people of France. It's green and ecological, and the Pierre residences team provides good service. The green paradise here is the result of the team's efforts to make a lovely holiday place. Our family thanks you.

The apartment was perfect, better than in Cannes for sure. The receptionist was really nice, and the location was good, close to the beach and restaurants. I wrote a nice, honest review about it on booking. What bothers me is that questions sent through booking don't get answered. The 200€ deposit is a bit of a joke, and I still haven't got it back nearly ten days later, even though it says it should be returned on departure day. In Cannes it was returned or unblocked in two days. I'd really appreciate getting it back soon, especially as I've read another booking review saying it can take a long time.
