The service was pretty disappointing. We were short on towels, and the ones left in the room were dirty. In 40-degree heat, the balcony door had also been left wide open. The hotel itself is okay and seems fairly priced, but the cleaning was terrible.

They closed the pool in the middle of the day to add chlorine, just when red flags were up at the beach. That’s bad customer service. They should chlorinate it at night.

The pool was fine, and the food was okay, though nothing exciting. The hotel itself feels old and worn down, with stains on the towels and bed sheets. The room also had a small TV with only French channels.

The price was great for what you get, especially with meals provided three times a day. It’s a nice place to stay.

The staff in housekeeping and the dining room were kind, pleasant, and easy to approach, which helped make up for management’s aloofness and the quality of the meals. There was no communication, and if you didn’t like a dish, there wasn’t another option. The hotel is aimed at senior citizens and feels a bit outdated. Most of all, there’s no elevator. It’s also too far from both the city center and the seafront.
