Le Prieuré Chambres d'hôtes

The nearby roads made for lovely motorcycle rides, with delicious stops along the way. At the establishment, the management and staff were attentive and clearly committed to their guests. The amenities and services were high quality. We had an excellent stay and would gladly recommend it.

As an artist, I’m concerned about how we were received while performing at a wedding, so I won’t judge the venue itself. We’d asked beforehand for a gazebo and had to set one up to keep the stage from getting soaked in the rain. For our meal, we got two slices of cheap vacuum-packed pâté and three trays of similarly cheap prepackaged salad, Carrefour’s Simply brand, 🤮. There wasn’t any bread either 😉😉. I’ve performed for 40 years and have never been treated with such disrespect. Fellow artists and musicians, take this as a warning. 🤔💩

The priory has a wonderful position overlooking the Provençal countryside, and the decor is exquisite. We had a lovely weekend in this enchanting place. Thanks to Bruno and Olivier for their kind advice. We’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was included in the price, but it was never served. There was no hot water in the morning either. The room had bird droppings on the pillowcases, a spider, and dust on the bathroom door. The drinks and snacks in the common room were stale. Avoid at all costs!
